| This Liquor Law Review section of our web site has been developed and maintained by our past President Aidan Moore of New Hampshire, for which we are all extremely grateful. The value of these reviews cannot be overstated. They will be invaluable to your agents in the field, particularly new agents that can benefit from this information rather than learning from their mistakes.
Aidan J. Moore is a Program Manager for the Underage Drinking Enforcement Training Center (UDETC). Prior to joining CPHII Aidan was a regional program manager for PIRE's National Center for Alcohol Law Enforcement (NCALE). Before joining PIRE he served as the Chief of Enforcement for the NH State Liquor Commission retiring after 25 years of service to the State of New Hampshire. While in state government he served on the NH Attorney General’s Underage Drinking Task Force, the Governors Task Force on Fatal Accidents and the Governors Commission on Prevention and Treatment.
Aidan is a member of the NH Chief’s Association; International Association of Chiefs of Police and a past President of the National Liquor Law Enforcement Association (NLLEA). He is a graduate of the 159th session of the FBI National Academy and the FBI LEEDS program.
Aidan received his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education from Boston University. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law. Aidan is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Maine.
